I work in the kitchens of a very popular restaurant in the city centre of Manchester and recently the owners decided to change all of the Catering Equipment to update it to a more modern design. I must say that this has made the world of difference to my job. The oven even has its own self clean mode which I can put on at the end of a service and just leave it to get on with cleaning itself. It is absolutely wonderful and has made my enjoyment of my job much more complete.
